Obtaining urgent orders to reopen premises after lock out by Landlord

  • We seek urgent orders from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) if you are locked out by the Landlord.
  • These Applications are filed and heard on an urgent basis. We frequently represent clients ourselves (without Counsel) at such Applications.
