“Anthony, we could not possibly have been in a poorer bargaining position when we requested your assistance. Our outdated expiring retail shop lease offered us no protection and we were at the mercy of a powerful shopping centre landlord. On short notice and with limited information, you were able to use your exceptional expertise in this field to negotiate a new lease on favourable terms. This saved our business and the jobs of several of our long-term staff. We all remain deeply grateful that you successfully resolved this matter for us.”
