Tenant Services

Unconscionable Conduct

  • Many tenants consider their particular matter amounts to unconscionable conduct by the Landlord. “Unconscionable conduct” is not simply “unfair” conduct. Equally, there are cases were tenants are unaware that the alleged conduct contravenes Section 62B Retail Leases Act.
  • We provide up-to-date and well-researched advice in relation to unconscionable conduct claims.

Testimonials

“We were fortunate to come across Herro solicitors, & especially Anthony Herro. From our initial meeting we felt we were in the best hands. At Mediation Anthony's performance representing us was very impressive, he was professional & his attention to detail was outstanding. He was well prepared, articulate & in the end got the best possible result. Anthony's professionalism and care were genuine and without his involvement we are sure we would not have reached the agreement that we did. We are very satisfied with the outcome & very grateful to Anthony & Janette for who they are, and the way they represented us. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for handling my case. It will be our pleasure to recommend your services to others. Once again, thank you for your help.”
