Relocation and demolition notices

• If as a Tenant you are issued with a Relocation and Demolition Notice, we advise you on your obligations and rights under the Retail Leases Act.
• Further, if you are negotiating a Lease, a Tenant should consider the impact of such clauses on its business and negotiate for payment of reasonable compensation if these clauses are triggered by the Landlord. This needs to be considered at the time the Lease is entered into.
