Conveyancing – Residential and Commercial

We take considerable time in thoroughly attending to conveyancing matters for our clients. As an example, we provide a detailed letter of advice (usually 7 pages) at the commencement of a matter, advising on the Contract terms.

We make a concerted effort to negotiate Contract terms on behalf of our clients.

Conveyancing matters are handled with a very high level of attention to detail. Residential conveyances are completed on a competitive fixed fee basis.
